Meet the Team
Matt Richardson
Matt Richardson, owner and head operator of PondBOSSExcavation, is a Mississippi native with a passion for water and land. He has an artist’s vision for design and will work closely with you to sculpt your property into the beautiful and picturesque landscape of your dreams.
From planning to the actual excavation work, Matt is personally involved in all aspects of construction, insuring every detail of your job will be done with quality and care. He treats each project as if it was his own property and takes pride in every job no matter how big or small.
Matt has 20 plus years of experience in operating heavy equipment, planning and constructing projects for oil companies, pipelines, developers, military/govt projects and private land owner projects of all types.
Matt is passionate with every step in a project’s development, from designing the best layouts, to fish structure and more. He uses the latest technology such as TOPO mapping and drones to help in designing the best lakes and ponds for your property and project.
Matt Richardson is professional, experienced, and artistic. He created a little paradise for our family to enjoy for many years to come. We had a narrow minded idea for our lake and property, and he transformed it into more than we could’ve imagined. We highly recommend him!
